TotallyProperty.com - the popular Overseas Property Investment Forum has just gone live with the second phase of the site. This part of the project has been completed using Joomla and a family of third party Joomla components. Joomla was chosen to help Totally Property start monetizing on the popularity of the forums.

The site now encapsulates the powerful Joomla content management system and has over 100 articles to help their property investment community to explore and purchase overseas property in new and emerging markets.

Totally Property now intends to start earning revenue from two key aspects of the site. Firstly the Property Directory will list developers and agents for an annual fee. Secondly, the Property Listings module will allow developers to advertise their inventory on the site.
