Mr Techie is a free css template theme from FreeCSSTemplates.org. Now it's available as a Joomla 1.0.x template and it perfect for a joomla blogging site. It still very basic template with fixed width and offers three column style but it clean and fresh enough for your blog site. It supports top, left, right, footer and user4 (search module) module positions.
