Yesterday, joomplates.com released a new commercial template. The MP Tipai template is a fixed width business/shop template, optimized for screenresolutions of 1024x768px or more.

The design based on a three colums layout and supports six differend module positions: left, right, banner, user1, user2 and user3.

The MP Tipai package includes three differend colored versions of the same template: Yellow, orange and green.
