Question: I am trying to install a component / module / mambot. I had it installed but uninstalled it. Now when I go to install it again I get the message "Are you trying to install the same CMS twice". Some of the files remains on the server and I dont have permissions to delete.

Answer: You must delete the files. To do this you can ask your host to CHOWN (ownership) your files and you will be able to delete the files. Another smethod is to install joomlaXplorer and you will be able to delete the files from the admin section.
