Apparently some accessibility fixes went awol in the 1.0.10-0.3 release. This release fixes that.

Only components/com_content/content.php and components/com_contact/contact.php are effected.

Aside from the normal 3 releases (joomla -> a8e, a8e-old -> a8e-new and full) there is also a 1.0.10-0.3 -> 1.0.10-0.3.1 patch.
