  • All in the category -> chose category and number of charts to be listed
  • From all categories -> put in a number of charts to be listed from each category

and a free Mambot as well!!

How do I use it?

Well, just install the component and in the setup you can make all the charts you want – you can even categorize them if you have many!! You can also watch Flash tutorials.

How does the user send more info to the charts?

If you have enabled this feature in the setup there will be a link below the shown chart. Clicking this link takes the user to a form, where additional info can be submitted to the administrator.

How can I accept the submitted info from users, so the chart will be updated?

In the administration part of the component all the submitted info from users will be listed for your approval. If you approve the chart is updated – if you decline the info is deleted -> very easy to update charts!!!

How are the charts displayed?

The charts are displayed via a component link - or by using a tag in content items or static pages.

If I have a lot of products to compare, must I show them all in one chart?

Yes, but each column can be minimized so only the wanted columns are shown – this way it is easier to get the overview of many products or what ever……..

Can I change the background for the cells so the chart is easier to read?

When you create the charts you can decide which background colour to use.

What can I compare?

Well, everything that is to be compared – the only limit is your imagination.

Is the Comparison chart component hard to use for a non-technician?

No. We have included a Help file which will take you trough all the functions in details. Also there are upcoming  Flash tutorials to look at, listen to and learn from.
