The DOCMan Project is proud to announce the release of DOCMan 1.3 RC 2.

This release candidate is mainly a bug fix release. A few smaller new features where added, like dyanamic page titles and some usability enchangement in front and backend.

We added support for mosCE and TMedit to DOCLink, together with bug fixes. It should be working now on most systems.
