There has been number of improvements made. 

Content is now complied into a component that is installed via the site component installer (as you would any other component) which in turn populates the com_export_content tables. No more having to copy paste data.

Also no need to reset the tables as it is now done automatically when installing any new content.

Bug fixed where by only English language worked when set in the site global settings thanks to Jean-Marie Simonet for pointing it out.

Changed the way the XML file is output to allow for cleaner install of exported data.

This component is so you can move/export data from the content table from one site to another . It will work by installing com_export_content on both sites allowing you to export data from one to another
