TemplatePlazza has released a new GPL menu module called FishEye Menu.

This module displays your menu in a nice zooming animation effect (based on jquery and Interface elements script) that fully configurable from backend parameter.

This module also equipped with a png fix hack for IE, so you can place your transparant png image for your menu and your
image will display correctly on IE.
