Viewing long tickets has also been improved with an addition of a long activity catcher. Based on workgroup level configurable settings, longer messages will only display first few lines of the message, allowing full display with a single click. Notifications are now configurable at the workgroup level, allowing you to disable some of the notifications for one workgroup, while enabling them for others. Export engige has been enhanced even further, now allowing you to export clients, users, tickets and activity details. This allows for extended support in integrating with smaller (Quickbooks, MYOB, etc) to larger and even custom accounting systems for billing or reporting purposes. updates its Support Center Joomla! / Mambo Help desk component, further
enhancing its usability and compatibility with external
accounting/billing/reporting systems.One of the major
enhancements is introduction of workgroup template themes, allowing you
granular control over the look and feel of each workgroup, much in the
same way that you can customise Joomla! / Mambo templates per menu
item. Language support has also been extended into templates,
minimising the need to modify common words in every template file.
