JYellowPages is a Joomla component for managing a directory of addresses similar to yellow pages. It can be used to list addresses of companies, official organizations, and others.

Entries can be added and edited in the Back End (BE). It is also possible to add (not edit) entries via the Front End (FE), these are unpublished by default. Currently JYellowPages supports one level of categories that are managed with the Joomla Category Manager.

After at least one JYellowPages category has been set up, entries can be added. Required fields are: name, address, city, postcode, country and description. Optionally the following fields can be filled in: URL, telephone, fax, e-mail, and image url.

The appearance of the FE can by styled via CSS classes in the template of your web site.

This is a beta release not suitable for production sites. Everyone interested in using this component is invited to test it, report bugs, and propose improvements.
