Khagol Mandal is the largest registered organisation of Amateur Astronomers in Mumbai, working in the field of Popularisation of Astronomy for last more than 20 year. The word Khagol means "pertainig to Earth & Sky". Mandal means Group or Organisation.

With more than 1000+ members the organisation is spread even outside Mumbai. Now with Joomla based site, it is showing its global presence. The site is accessible at www.khagolmandal.com
