The Globalisation Institute , a European economics think tank, has revamped its website using Joomla for as the content management software. Previously, it was using a mix of Movable Type and manual HTML editing to update the site.

The site is widely read by politicians, journalists and staff at international institutions like the World Bank. Joomla lets the Institute update the content quickly.

Especially appreciated by Institute staff is the ability to create whole new sections, adding buttons to menus, without any hassle.
