CMS Lounge releases new template: tem_foliopoly

We released a simple new template today, called tem_foliopoly. This is a colorful design, geared towards a non-corporate, fun website. Maybe a trendy blog. The menu is tabbed and colorful, which is definitely a change for a CMS-driven website.
