CMS Lounge released a new Joomla!/Mambo template today.

It's called tem_youcan and it's a fixed-width centered design, with a three-column frontpage and two column inside pages.

The template would work well for a startup company or a non-profit site with lots of information. It could in fact also work well with a clean and straightforward news portal website or a lively blog.
